Spring into Well Being Day at Allanton

Time to treat ourselves to an afternoon of relaxation, with activities to nourish our ‘Well Being’ and our connection to nature and the changing seasons.

Please bring vegetarian food to share

2.00 - Duncan’s Introduction to the ‘Art of Being Well’
2.30 - Yoga
Walking meditation
Activity in Nature
3.30 - Green smoothies, herb teas, kombucha, Japanese green tea
4.00 - Singing and Flag Ceremony
5.00 - Healthy Meal to share

Forest School for the young yins. Ideas on what to include for future days are welcome.
